To hire a short stay apartment in Minsk is better than to stay at a hotel, a way cheaper and cosier. Moreover, we are always delighted to meet our guests and would like them to feel at home even in the Minsk airport. We can meet and bring you immediately to the apartment (subject to prior agreement). Registration is possible. Where required, a receipt may be issued for your accounting office. As you move into the apartment, a deposit should be paid (to cover all risks for the property), which is equal to the price of a one-night stay. The deposit shall be paid back as you check out and hand out the key. In the event the property is damaged, the damage shall be fully reimbursed. Dear guests of Minsk! * We urge you to remain in line with law and order. If violations are identified, we will be forced to terminate our hire agreement prematurely. * We may not be held responsible for the unattended valuable belongings in the hired room. * We shall not tolerate sharing an apartment with dogs, cats and other pets. * The check-in and check-out are always attended by the tenant. * We do not lease apartments for a party.
